My place is close to the beach (only 900 metres) and 2 houses from the park. You’ll love it because of the indoor living space, back deck and bbq, location and tranquility. Its perfect for couples & families. The north facing deck has an 8 burner BBQ, dining setting and lounges with still plenty of lawn for the kids.
