This experience was amazing! I highly recommend it. I booked this for my team at work as a team bonding experience. Relaxing & Educational! Ana started with explaining different types of meditation (which I wasn’t aware there were different types) and then she walked us through about 4 meditations. I left feeling recharged and would highly recommend!
