Do I need an authorization or a license for the transport of my guests?

If you personally provide transportation services to the guests of your Experience, you may fall under the Danish regulation of commercial transportation of persons. There are special licenses for different types of transportation (e.g. a bus license if you transport more than 9 persons including the driver or a taxi license for fewer passengers). You can read more about special license requirements at the Official website of the Centre of Market and Public Transfer. In any case, you will need a valid driver’s license if you transport passengers.

Because of these regulations, it might be a good idea to use a licensed third party like a taxi or a bus company to transport your guests.

Is there anything else I should think about?

Even if you shouldn’t need a specific license for transportation, you may need to register as a business. Therefore, please also consult the information on Business Licensing in Denmark.
