This bedroom is located on the second level of this 5 bedroom house. Situated on the beautiful Pacific Ocean, our home features a 25 meter pool, outdoor dining and amazing sunsets. Our property is an adult focused environment. This room can accommodate up to 2 couples. The price listed is based on 2 guests. Additional guests are subject to an extra charge.
We are a 2 minute drive to Aticama. San Blas is a 22 minute drive. During summer season the beach access is limited due to high tide.

The guest bedroom is located on the upper level and is equipped with 2 beds, a poolside large windows, a ceiling fan, mini fridge/freezer, small microwave and water dispenser. The en-suite (attached) bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has closet space, as well, there is a flat screen TV. All rooms have towels and linens and each room faces the pool area.
Each bedroom is individually priced, based on 2 guests or less. You must notify us at time of reserving if you are more than 2 guests. Additional guests are $500 pesos per guest per night and is due upon check in. We can accommodate up to 11 guests at this property. We have 3 additional rooms available for rent starting at $1500 pesos per night.

Aticama is a small fishing community which offers small ocean facing restaurants serving the freshest fish. Aticama's beach is known as Playa Matanchen and is one of the widest and sandiest beaches in Mexico. Aticama offers rock oysters, shrimp and rock lobster, as well as mahi mahi and robalo. Nearby is another fishing village called San Blas populated with approximately 12000 people. It is located 62 KM northwest of Tepic, the state capital of Nayarit. San Blas offers a variety of things to do such as whale watching, bird watching, surfing and sports fishing.
The beach at El Limoncito, which is a short 15+ minute drive away is one of the most beautiful and untouched tranquil places that you will find. Platanitos is approximately 22 minutes south and has a lovely beach with a selection of restaurants.

Growing up in eastern Canada I loved the summers. I loved the heat and humidity and our weekend trips to the lake to cool off. I dreamed of one day living near the water, close enough that the sound of the surf could be heard and the beauty of a sunset could be seen unobstructed every night.
My dream took several years to be realized. I first raised 2 boys and then opened a restaurant in Calgary in 2003. In 2017, we sold the restaurant and contemplated where to go from there. It took a bit but we figured it out and here we are in beautiful Mexico.
We are pleased to be able to share our dream with others and offer a variety of options for your next vacation.
