Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market. 15min walk to Gracie jiu-jitsu University Torrance.

Come and relax and unwind in our brand new tiny home in the back of our house! It's equipped with full bath and shower, AC & heater, desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a queen size bed. You have full private access to the standalone unit, as well as the shared backyard space. Note there is another tiny home next to yours. It's central to Torrance Beach, Redondo Beach, Lomita and Palos Verdes/Rolling Hills. 10 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the pier, 35 minutes to LAX airport. Across the street from shopping center, movie theater, and many eateries. (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, lots of restaurants.)

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area.
