Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Casa immersa nella natura con due ampie stanze matrimoniali attigue, grande soggiorno con angolo cottura, veranda, bagno e giardino esclusivo per un'esperienza stravagante. Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Passeggiate e sentieri nei boschi immediatamente a due passi da casa. Possibilità di fare fuoco e grigliate. Wellness a solo 1 km!!!

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Coalmining, as the most important economic branch in the history of Labin, played a key role in the development and identity of the town. House Kova is a kind of homage to the history of Labin. The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room and terrace with pool. High greenery around the house provides privacy and private parking.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
