Ysyhia - Private cottage with pool.

Ysyhia is modern, bright and airy & has a private pool which is the perfect size for flopping about in. The cottage comprises one open-plan living space including kitchen, dining and lounge, plus separate bedroom and bathroom. It is set in olive and almond groves and looks out across the sea. 1½km from the village, no other buildings are visible from here. Our house is up the hill on the same plot. Each house has its own private access and a fence separates the 'farm' from Ysyhia and its garden.

Willkommen in Eski Foça- das kleine Steinhaus liegt mitten in der Altstadt am kleinen Hafen und besticht durch die zentrale Lage zum Meer (150m), Cafés... Das Steinhaus (Baujahr 1877) wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplant und restauriert. Ein Doppelbett (160cm), TV, Klimaanlage mit Virenfilter und ein eigenes Badezimmer runden das Zimmer ab. Ebenfalls können wir euch Bootsausflüge, Flughafenstransfer gegen Aufpreis anbieten. Bitte beachtet das der Garten gemeinsam mit mir genutzt wird.

Le studio de 30m2 est équipé d'une grande cuisine aménagée , d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, la climatisation , un ventilateur au plafond, la télévision , le wifi et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres ainsi qu'à la porte d' entrée. le lit est de 1.80 x 2.00 m pour un couple et peut devenir deux lits de 0.90 x 2.00 m si vous voulez dormir séparément. It has its own toilet, bathroom and kitchen. We have 40 Mbps wifi. A calm and peaceful environment.

Our luxury suites used to be an 18th century traditional Santorinian captain´s house, which was constructed in Fira, on the very edge of the Caldera cliffs. Built out of local stone and featuring spacious underground rooms, it stood there, untouched by several volcanic eruptions and earthquakes which destroyed most of the island over time.
