Taş evimiz Bademli’de merkezi konumda koylara 5 dk konumda bulunmaktadır. Müstakil girişi ve avlusu bulunmaktadır. Avludaki geniş bahçesiyle misafirlerimize hem doğal hayatı deneyimleme hem de güzel plajlarıyla harika bir tatil imkanı sunmaktadır. Evin yanında market ve kasap bulunmaktadır. Evde 1 çift kişilik yatak 2 de karyola bulunmaktadır. Maksimum 4 kişiye kadar konaklanılabilir. Evde her türlü araç gereç bulunmaktadır. Bu nostaljik taş evimizde sizleri ağırlamaktan mutluluk duyarız.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

There's plenty of space to reflect, reconnect, & relax in our spacious modern villa overlooking the beautiful Aegean sea. The house is surrounded by a large garden, full of fruit trees & vegetables, chickens & cats. A landscaped terrace with a wood-fired oven & large table is perfect for gatherings at sunset. A short 5 walk minute down the hill brings you to our private beach & neighbouring beach club for a swim at any time of the day. Dikili and Bademli are in close driving proximity.

Ποδηλασία, κολύμπι ,περίπατος ,ψάρεμα ,επαφή με τη φύση μερικές από τις δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται επί του παραλιακού δρόμου Μυτιλήνης Πλωμαρίου. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .
