The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. The water is just a few steps from the screened porch. You also have use of the PWC ports and the dock for your boat, fishing, and swimming. Fire pit perfect for s’mores all year! Hungry? Start the gas grill! Meals at the farmhouse table on the screened porch, with an amazing lake view. Swim area for all ages. Make use of the 2 kayaks available.

There’s a MBR on the main floor with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 3 king beds upstairs with full or twins in each room. 1 large full bath with 2 showers. 1 half bath with laundry room on main, plus an outdoor bathhouse. Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! This beautiful lakeside home features 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a sectional sofa and two full-size beds. We are located in the Jackson's Gap / Dadeville area of Lake Martin. Great location that's convenient to everything! Boat ramp 1.5 miles away and there is room at the house to park your boat trailer! We have two kayaks and a canoe for your enjoyment on the water. Wonderful restaurants and it's close to everything you will need!

Three bedrooms, a downstairs TV/bonus room with 2 bunkbeds (4th "bedroom"), two full and one half baths. Enjoy nearby hiking, antiquing, or drinks by the our beautiful firepit under the stars. Serene lake views with your coffee from our large screened porch or sitting on our dock. Boating, and fishing are excellent.
