Χτίστηκε από πέτρα στις αρχές του 1900 στον πρώτο οικισμό της Λέρου. Το όνομά του "σοκάκι" σημαίνει στενό δρόμο, εμπνευσμένο από την τοποθεσία. Πολλά μικρά σοκάκια και βήματα συνθέτουν ένα λαβύρινθο που οδηγεί στο κάστρο ή στο κεντρικό λιμάνι της Αγίας Μαρίνας. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με πολύ προσωπικό έργο και αγάπη. Διακοσμημένο με ανακυκλωμένα και χειροποίητα έπιπλα και τέχνη. Πολύ ζεστό στούντιο με σοφίτα σε μια πολύ ήσυχη, γραφική παλιά γειτονιά, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Αγία Μαρίνα.
