Hidden Hut, Shepherd Hut in East Yorkshire

‘Hidden Hut’ is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Burton, just 3 miles from Beverley. The hut is set on the edge of a wooded copse facing west (amazing sunsets) overlooking fields and the Yorkshire Wolds. You approach the hut via a private footpath. At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. The Woodland Garden, has a fantastic selection of mature Rhododendrons and azaleas extends to 1.5 acres, a fire pit with seating for 8-10, Two Decked areas, a Tree house, woodland pathway to access Allerthorpe Common. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
