The floor to ceiling walls of glass in the apartment bring the outside in and the private deck provides additional spectacular views of the woods. The BQ is nestled in downtown Minerva, two doors down from Sandy Springs Brewing Co. Come stay in luxury in our historic 1800's 2nd floor studio. Equipped with high end custom finishes top to bottom. Original brick walls surround you with exposed beams, warm finishes, a copper kitchen sink, and a digital rain shower with body jets. Furnished with a king size bed, oversized leather chesterfield chair and a couch with a full size memory foam sleeper bed. You won't want to leave!

This house has appx. 700 sq. ft. and is very cozy for a night stay, a week stay or more. It has been updated with new flooring, paint, lighting, appliances and new bathroom. Bedroom has brand new mattress and box spring along with all new bedding. The living room has a brand new futon that folds out to a double bed. New TV in living room. Bathroom is equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, all accessories needed for your overnight stay along with a First aid kit on site.

Upper East Side Apartment

You'll feel like you are away from it all in this Upper East Side apartment. Updated, modern & fully furnished one bedroom apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The living room is open to the kitchen & has a kitchen table, two chairs, couch, Roku TV, coffee table & end tables. The bedroom has a new queen mattress, table for work or organizing your belongings, chair & dresser. There is a twin size mattress in the closet for extra guests.

We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
