This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Situated in the pretty Saxon village of Bidford on Avon with its many amenities such as restaurants, supermarket,various takeaway such asfish and chips,Indian chinese and pizza . The village has many interesting features a 15th century bridge12 century church and even the Falcon where Will Shakepeare drank many an ale.

The Barn is purpose built and self contained situated in the grounds of our home in the beautiful unspoilt village of Exhall. Conveniently situated for Stratford-upon-Avon (15 minutes away) and only 25 minutes to the Cotswolds. We are close to a number of National Trust properties and gardens and situated on two National Walking routes, the Heart of England Way and the Arden Way. For dinner we have 3 pubs within a mile radius or many takeaways within nearby Alcester or Bidford-on-Avon.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
