Το στούντιο αποτελεί μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος αυτόνομων και διαμπερών διαμερισμάτων. Είναι ένας ήσυχος χώρος, με μεγάλο κήπο και μπαλκόνια με θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται στην πιο τουριστική περιοχή του νησιού, μόλις 3 χλμ από την πρωτεύουσα, το Αργοστόλι και μόλις 500 μ. από τις δύο ωραιότερες παραλίες της περιοχής.
