The apartment includes two work desks and is centrally located, just 1.3 km from Arnhem Central Station. Sonsbeek Park is within walking distance, and Arnhem Zoo is nearby. Private parking is available. The loft is on the 2nd floor, with the extra bedroom on the 1st. One bathroom and a separate toilet are provided, making it ideal for a comfortable stay.

We're Carmen and Otto, we live in Nijmegen and are the proud owners of Tiny House Cato. In first place we use it as holiday residence for our family, but we love to share it when we're not there! An amazing 4-persons tinyhouse with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, heating, pelletstove and a hot tub! All of this in the middle of nature, surrounded by bird sounds and right across the entrance of National Park "Hooge Veluwe". We've got wifi, tv, a shared swimming pool, sauna, gym, kids playground.

Een knus, modern 4 persoons huisje met keuken, badkamer, verwarming, palletkachel, en hottub! Omringt door de natuur en aan de overkant van Nationaal park Hoge Veluwe. Er is wifi, een tv, en op het park een overdekt en openlucht zwembad, een sauna en een gym. Voor de kinderen zijn er verschillende speelplaatsjes met kabelbaan, en voetbalveld.
