There are two large and comfortable bedrooms - both have large sized beds with 5-Star hotel quality linens. Both bedrooms have direct access to their own en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate study room with desk, chair and storage. A great place to put your luggage. Guests will have full private access to the apartment, and have shared access to the indoor heated swimming pool and gym. I will give my guests privacy but am available 24/7 if you need any assistance. Located on Queen Street in the heart of the Central Business District, Sky City and The Civic are just minutes away. Stroll up to funky Karangahape Road and fashionable Ponsonby Road, while theatre, comedy, restaurants, and cafes are all close too. There are two parks minutes away and the coziest little French Bistro along with an array of Asian foodie restos almost outside the main entrance. You will be relaxed in this family friendly apartment, it's a close walk to Stanmore Bay beach and set in lush tropical gardens with a lovely outdoor table. Enjoy the pool in summer. If you are travelling with children, seperate beds are available. The beach is a white sandy beach with pohutakawa's & clear water, just three minutes walk from the house. The apartment is very private and you have your own entrance and car parking. We have gorgeous cafe's and restaurants close by in Orewa.

This is a unique place and provides space for either quiet relaxation or heaps of room for the kids to run around. The Domain and tennis courts are just a couple of minutes walk away. It's a 5 minute walk into the village and a short drive to the most amazing beaches. Internal design has been focussed on a traditional bach look and feel.

Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life . Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . Suitable for wheelchair users . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.
