Nestled in the quiet side of the Mount Desert Island woods just a short walk to Bass Harbor and the closest lodging to Bass Harbor Head Light and the Ship Harbor and Wonderland hiking trails in beautiful Acadia National Park are the Lighthouse Cabins. These cabins feature almost 400 square feet of living space with kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom. Amenities include: Air Conditioner, electric fireplace, Keurig, Microwave/Air Fryer, refrigerator/freezer, 50" TV and high speed wifi.

The Camden Intown House is an upstairs comfortable 3 room guest suite. A spacious bedroom w new queen bed, antique desk and a TV sitting area. A large ensuite bath w tub, 2 sinks. There is also a separate living/dining room makes this the perfect spot to rest/recoup. Most all your homey needs can be met. The is not a full kitchen but food prep space, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and refrigerator are accessible 24/7. NO CLEANING LISTS! VACCINATION REQUIRED Minimum 3 day stay for holidays

Bar Harbor Suite Under The Eaves

Our 1847 farmhouse is centrally located on Mt.Desert Island. A private entrance leads to an upstairs, sunlit, suite with a queen bedroom, living room with futon, private bath, and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker. The house and stable, which once served the livery needs of Mt. Desert, are located on one of the major island roads. Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and the 'Quiet Side' of MDI are all close by, but be prepared for summer traffic.

Historic 2 Cats Inn-Free Breakfast-Georgia Room

Built in 1884, this historic building is home to the popular 2 Cats Restaurant and the newly renovated Inn. Located in downtown Bar Harbor, the restaurant has been in operation for more than 25 years and considered the best breakfast in town by locals and magazines alike. The Inn is a few minutes walk to everything Bar Harbor has to offer including free shuttle to Acadia National Park. In Somesville Village (on a main road) with Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor minutes away. The house has a kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. We are year round residents and love to share our home ,garden, field and woods.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.

Lamoine Thuya Cottage

I hope you will enjoy this beautiful area of the U.S. from Thuya Cottage that I designed and built in 2008 using beams from my property. It is a weekly rental. Its named for the Thuya Cedar Tree visible from my round window. Go past #23, #41, my home. Drive s!ow!y to avoid wildlife! Bedroom and bath are upstairs and the kitchen has provisions.
