We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Copper Beech, a secluded two bed apartment

Copper Beech is spacious & modern apartment in a semi-rural location close to Winchester. This apartment has two large king size bedrooms; both with ensuite bathrooms, large lounge/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms can sleep up to 4 guests with a daybed (with two full single size beds) plus kingsize bed. Parking is available for two standard-sized vehicles - one blocking in the other. There is a trampoline in a large shared garden for children to play on.

Self Contained Annex

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Within 5 minutes drive of Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) set in the North Wessex area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of a dark sky area. Close to Newbury, 1 hour to Oxford, Windsor, Bath, Winchester and Stonehenge. London 1 hour by train from Newbury Station 15 minutes away. There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.

It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.
