Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. Das Zimmer zeigt nach Süden zu einer ruhigen kleinen Terrasse unterm Feigenbaum, im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter mit Fussbodenheizung. Es hat ein eigenes Duschbad und Eingang, keine Küche, aber eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen.
