Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, boat ramp . You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and kitchenette . Room 1 has a King size bed and Room 2 two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.

Cambridge township is 5 minutes away by car and has loads of cafes and shops to browse.

We love NZ's native bush and birds and here you will find a small oasis of native plants and bird feeders to attract native birds. Fantail, Tui, Kereru & Ruru are regular visitors. Relax inside or out on the spacious deck. Staying here you will feel like you're in a treehouse!

Located on a quiet street close to Rototuna Village, this guest suite is perfect for singles, couples and business travellers. The room is spacious, has a queen bed, fold out couch if needed (linen for this $15 extra charge) and a new, stylish bathroom. We have a free carpark space available for you, as well as there’s free roadside car parking. Note: this room does not have cooking facilities.

The Haven - City Retreat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located city haven. Everything you need is at your finger tips (or at least within a short walk). Less than 500m to Waikato Hospital and Hamilton Lake. Only a 15 min walk to a wide range of restaurants and shops in the CBD. Or just rest a while in your own private, sun-filled courtyard garden. City living never felt so good!
