Welcome to Knockmore's 2 Lakeside cabins. Enjoy one of our 2 private 2 bedroom cabins while living alongside the calming waters of the Bras d'Or Lakes. Both cabins are newly built and offer a clean, modern, airy, open concept layout. The two cabins are about 100 feet apart; they each offer a wonderful secluded, covered porch overlooking the Bra d'Or lakes. We cap each cabin at 4 guests and 2 cars. All guests must register their ID 48 hours before check-in. All reservations are for 2+ nights.

This is a special riverfront setting directly on the Cabot Trail. Use it as your launching point for Cape Breton adventures of beaches, waterfalls and hiking. Our property, along with the guesthouse is completely off-grid and 100% powered by solar. There’s pathway to the river for swimming and kayaking. Access to wood fired sauna and outdoor shower to cool off.

The Puffin Pod is a pet-friendly sleeping pod with a cozy living room and double bed in the bedroom. This cabin is a 5-7 minute walk from the main parking lot, up-hill - which is why is has some of the best views! The Cookhouse is very closeby with Wi-Fi, basic staples like coffee & tea, everything you need to cook and store your food, and board games. The Washhouse is also closeby, with heated eco-friendly bathrooms and showers. Free access to wood-fired sauna and snowshoes!

Located on Cheticamp Island and across from Cheticamp beach, Les Cabaneaux summer vacation cabins are perfect for a family vacation, girl week-ends or a romantic getaway. The sound of the waves, views of the mountains and magical sunsets will make you want to come back year after year. The cabin has been totally renovated, top to bottom, with modern ammendities, new appliances and kitchen and everything you will need to completly relaxe so you can enjoy the views.
