Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. It is a functional space that suits a group of friends or families visiting Grafton for the Jacaranda Festival, Race Week, hockey titles, Easter or Christmas. The building has two adjoining bedrooms downstairs, kitchen, living area & bathroom. Upstairs there is a loft that can sleep extra people. The Clarence River adjoins the property.
