The Garden Cottage

This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

Suffolk View Apartment is a stylish space in which to relax and enjoy a special break. The apartment is finished to a high standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It is located in the popular village of Tuddenham St. Mary with facilities including a friendly local pub, farm shop and fabulous walks around Cavenham Heath Nature Reserve. Within 15 minutes are the historic and vibrant Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket for the races and stunning Thetford Forest.

Located in the village of Fornham St. Martin, approx. 4 miles from the market town of Bury St. Edmunds, The Lark is a modern first floor apartment and a great place to relax in peaceful surroundings. The spacious balcony has far-reaching views across the Lark valley and adjoining golf course. There are plenty of footpaths accessible from the property and the local village pub is only a 10 minute walk away. The Lark apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore all parts of East Anglia.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Converted rustic barn adjacent to main house. Access over gravel driveway. Private building with shared garden. Light and airy with French windows and roof lights. Exposed original beams. 2 rooms plus ensuite shower/loo. Please specify super kingsize OR twin beds when booking. Situated in a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge, Norwich and coast. Friendly hosts, chickens, dog and cats on property and fresh eggs supplied. Swallow barn is a writer’s paradise!

Private Detached Annex in Isleham Village

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

Beautiful cabin on the edge of Kings Forest

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.

Gardener's Cottage, West Stow Hall.

Set within the old walled garden of West Stow Hall, Gardener's Cottage is a lovely home. It offers two large bedrooms and a family bath/shower room. Meals can be taken either in the large kitchen or in the spacious dinning/sitting room with its wood burner and French doors opening onto its private terrace. Having a totally enclosed garden dogs are very welcome. Free sat TV/DVD, Central heating and Wi-Fi. Please note that we are 5 miles from Bury St Edmunds.

Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.
