Our lake house has been renovated with the comfort and enjoyment of our guests in mind. Come and relax on one of the 4 patios or 2 decks and enjoy the beauty of lake life. We have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in 2500 square feet of living space indoors and 75 feet of lake frontage outdoors. Wildlife abounds with Bald Eagles, Canada geese, swans and minks . The Guest House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Steps from Lake Ontario beach with a fully fenced yard for your favorite furry friend! A 5 minute walk to beach, bars, harbor and restaurants. Yet amazingly quiet and secluded. Everything on site for a day on the beach! Backyard has a barbecue and fire pit for cozy nights outside. House is perfect for a couples getaway but please note!!! The upstairs bedroom loft is very open and not conducive to late morning sleep ins!

Unwind at this gorgeous tranquil private lakefront cottage. Swim to your hearts content with a sandy bottom lakefront with sandbar. Magnificent sunrises will welcome you as you relax deck side with your coffee. Wind down the day with amazing sunsets with a beverage lakeside. Spectacular views of Lake Ontario from every room. Steps from Seabreeze, restaurants, hiking trails, boat launches, public beach and walk the pier . Cottage is accessed by stairs.

In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
