You’ll have access to your own private bathroom, bedroom & kitchenette. Feel free to stay in and watch a movie or plan an exciting outing. You'll be right around the corner from the parc where you can have a picnic or a stroll, you’ll also be 5min away from the Tunnel & just 15min from the Bridge. If you don’t drive public transit are right around the corner.

Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Cosy short term rental

Our mission is to provide a cost effective and pet friendly space for travellers. The appartment is located in the basement of our 3 floor house. There is a private entrance and no shared spaces. The place have been rated clean, calm and quiet by the big majority of our guests. However, we own 2 cats and 1 dog so it’s not impossible to hear them running around from time to time and hear the dog bark when there is someone at the door. If you are intolerant to pets it may not be a match for you.

Profitez d’une entrée privée par l'arrière du bâtiment à l’aide d’un code à numéros. L’été, profitez de l’accès à la cour arrière clôturée et de la piscine creusée. Le stationnement est gratuit sur la rue.

Our place is close to Commercial Centres, easy access to Downtown of Montreal [25 minutes driving distance or 50 minutes by public transport] and St-Helen's Island (La Ronde, The Biosphere, Formula-1, parc Jean Drapeau, Casino, etc)[15 minutes driving distance or 30 minutes by public transport]. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
