We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. If you come by train from London, we are walking distance from the station (as well as supermarkets).

The house and it's surrounding areas are well situated for visiting cyclists, walkers and families who want a rural escape. Although the annexe has one bedroom, we can accommodate babies and small children. Please simply ask when booking. Pub in local village. A short drive to the Ashridge Estate and Whipsnade Zoo.

Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.
