Outside a dining table and separate sitting area with propane fire pit. This hilltop location provides total privacy. We are located less than 30 miles from Yosemite, Bass Lake, and Sugar Pine. There is NOT a full kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine and grill outside.

Owner lives in second unit on property. perfect for couples or a family vacation.

Fifth wheel RV .;) For starters we have cats that will greet you. They love attention. Has a king bed, kitchen with all essential and bathroom provided. Living room has an electric fireplace. There is tv in both living room, bedroom and outside with fire stick The bull frog HOT TUB is awesome. This spring we will be welcoming our new ducks , chickens and piglets. Great views of the Sierra Nevada's.
