Just a short stroll away to the village you will find the Village shop & the Chequers Pub. Situated on the North Norfolk coast, an ideal base for guests to explore the beaches & many local attractions.

Wagtail Cottage is a delightful Grade II listed 16th Century brick and flint cottage. Sympathetically renovated to a high standard, with a luxurious bathroom, spacious double bedrooms, and contemporary but comfortable living areas. Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

The Potting Shed is a delightful, newly renovated cosy annexe with Kingsize bed, new Vispring mattress and White Company bed linen. It has a stylish bathroom with large shower and freestanding bath. Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs.
