Vi hyr ut en lägenhet i markplan med separat ingång.Sovrum med stor dubbelsäng, kombinerat kök och allrum med bäddsoffa för två personer. Bäddsoffan passar för barn upp till ca 12 år. Utrustat kök med spis, kyl med frysfack, kaffebryggare. Handdisk. Toalett med handfat. Dusch/ute med varmvatten finns i direkt anslutning till lägenhetens entré. Granne med stadsparken med lekplats och 4 min promenad till ICA, apotek, gym etc. Närhet till strand och hamn med restauranger, kallbadhus mm.

Lägenhet med egen uteplats i centrala Skanör

Mitt ställe ligger nära stranden, restauranger, mat, natur och hamnen. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av utrymmet utomhus, närhet till centrum och kommunikationer. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare och familjer (med barn). Boendet är litet och passar bäst för två personr men jag tillåter 4 personer. Två sängar, en på 90cm och en på 120cm. 90 sängen som våningssäng med fallskydd. Inga fler utrymmen än vad som visas på bilderna. Ingång över huvudbyggnadens uteplats.

This lovely 65 square meter apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood away from traffic and is a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride to Flintholm and Vanløse Metro station, which are both just 10 minutes from central Copenhagen. The apartment has its own private entrance, hallway, two rooms, bathroom with bathtub and fully-equipped kitchen. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple getaway, business trip and/or families with children.

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (120 cm bred slået ud). Lille toilet/badeværelse med hånd bruser tilsluttet vasken og afløb i gulvet. Se billede.

The location is the perfect spot for exploring Copenhagen if you don't want to live in the busy city centre. We are a private home - not a business! Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.

Förtjusande strandnära hus med uteplats

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende vid Öresunds strandlinje i vackra Borstahusen. Borstahusen är ett litet samhälle utanför Landskrona och närhet till Helsingborg och Malmö. I Borstahusens hamn finns konsthall, flertal restauranger och fiskaffär. Det finns härliga bad och bra promenad/vandringsleder. Bostaden ligger i närheten av golfbana.
