La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Ai piedi delle Prealpi, baciata dal sole, questa è stata la casa di Nonna Genoveffa che ha vissuto fino a 105 anni; chissà se sono stati il piccolo giardino di erbe e rose, il clima mite di questo luogo o le chiacchere serali con gli altri abitanti del borgo a darle così lunga vita? Ristruttura da Mauro e Ted, ora questa casa è per voi! Se cercate la tranquillità, se amate i profumi dei campi, se volete sentire i grilli e l'assiolo, se sognate un piccolo mondo antico questo è il luogo per voi.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.
