Appletree Lodge

This cabin is my favourite place to be, the views are just to die for as you can see for miles with the Malvern hills in the distance. It is off grid and eco friendly accommodation as it is based in a small woodland. It’s been tastefully built with the woodland in mind and to keep it nestled in its surroundings, it still has all those lovely luxuries to keep you relaxed, warm and comfy. It’s based on the property of a grade II thatched family home, with a very friendly pony, dog and chickens!

Our luxury 2 bedroom holiday home is right next to the River Avon, with over a mile of free fishing, a launch pontoon for kayaking, SUP or even wild swimming! Beautiful well cared for sites with restaurant, crazy golf, play area, crown bowling green and a short walk or drive into historic Stratford upon Avon. Double glazed with central heating, main bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom. The sofa is also a small double bed, making this a 6 berth. Parking bay is at the side of the home.

This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

Lakeside Lodge- 'Swallow'

A private lakeside lodge with hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

As we're 100% off-grid, this is the perfect place to disconnect, go for a swim in the heart of the River Avon which meanders around the edge of the field, cook up some food on the BBQ, or take a leisure walk to one of the local (dog friendly) pubs or restaurants.

A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.

The Woolly Lodge

Welcome to The Woolly Lodge! Our cosy cabin is nestled in the Warwickshire countryside between Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon and the natural beauty of the Cotswolds, with our family run farm shop and plenty of walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. The Lodge is one of two private cabins situated on the south edge of our farm looking out onto open fields (and incredible evening sunsets!).
