The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Grange Cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has ample parking to the front an enclosed rear garden leading out to the small woods. The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The Loft sits high up in the heart of Cromer.

The Loft is a second floor flat located in the centre of Cromer. A stones throw from the beach. Cromer is perched on the edge of the North Norfolk coast and is famous for its Victorian Pier. The loft is decorated to a very high standard with high thread count bedding, fluffy towels and a fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher. It is light, bright and airy . The covered balcony boasts views of the church and rooftops all the way to the sea.
