Welcome to our private guest room located at the roof deck area of our humble abode, located at Matina Aplaya Ultra Homes This Private Room has once been a planned personal Art Studio but Unfortunately Art has been slow for me this 2022, so I thought I’d change it’s interior fit for a guest space and why not apply for AirBnb as a sideline, since I also enjoy doing Interior arrangements! I made this simple studio space into a biophillic-inspired room, adorned with a few plants & my paintings.

Magnificent overlooking views. Very peaceful location. We are located in Anonang, over looking Malipano Island and Davao Bay. We are NOT ON THE BEACH, we overlook the Pearl Farm Resort. There are several beaches and attractions nearby, we can provide a chef, or cook for yourself. We can arrange island hopping trips, or day trips to Kembali Resort with a beautiful white sandy beach. We have two cottages. Cottage #1 is larger, has a full kitchen, larger balcony and additional sitting room.
