Constantia Farmhouse is located half way between Cape Town and Johannesburg and offers guests a great half way stop in the silence of the Karoo. The farm house offers 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms that can sleep 14 people. The first room is air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed, 3 single beds and has a baby cot. Rooms 2 and 3 are furnished with 2 single beds, and the fourth room contains a double and 3 single beds, and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.

The farmhouse is split into two units, but also available as one. There is a two bedroom flat, with one bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, fridge and basic kitchen equipment to prepare a light meal. The 2nd unit is the farmhouse with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, lovely farm kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher etc, dining room and lounge. Braai facilities available. Coffee and rusks are included in the tariff, as well as a complimentary self help breakfast for the 1st morning.

We have realized that there is an increasing number of people who prefer a more rustic camp idea, especially when spending more time in the area. The Tent sleeps 4 guests in 2 separate tent compartments. The tent is well furnished with a double bed in the one compartment and 2 single beds in the other; the tent even features full floor carpeting; with the ablution facilities a mere 30 meters away! The tent is pitched in the New Holme Guest House garden and has some privacy.

Die Kassier is 'n gerieflike tuinwoonstel met sy eie privaat ingang en toesluit motorhuis. Die behels 'n ruim leefvertrek en kombuis-area, 'n aparte slaapkamer met 'n en-suite badkamer. Gratis WiFi. Die eiendom was eens die Volkskas Bank, maar is intussen in woonstelle omskep. Hierdie woonstel is in die agtererf geleë en het toegang tot 'n grasperkie met 'n tuinstel en braaigeriewe.
