In deze buurt zijn er veel recreatiemogelijkheden in de natuur. Zo kunt u mooie fiets- en wandeltochten maken langs ’t Gein en zijn er fietsroutes naar nostalgische dorpen in de omgeving. Koken op een 4 pits luxe binnen keuken gaat op gas. De WC is nieuw met een mobiele troley onder de WC (niet zichtbaar en je hoeft het ook niet zelf te legen). Alles is net nieuw en op top luxe ingericht.

Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.
