Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Gaia apartment is located in Old Alykanas at Zakynthos island. Is right on the beach and offers a memorable stay in Zakynthos. Gaia is suitable for 4-5 persons, families or group of friends. It has two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom, and a great sea view, only 14 km away from Zakynthos center. Also, it offers free wifi in all property and private free parking. It has a flat tv and a fully equipped kitchen. Zakynthos airport is 17 km away from the property.

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. The sea is just five minutes walk from the cottage..Spectacular pool available from 1 May to October . My cottage is good for couples and solo adventurers. Not suitable for chidren.
