This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. We have a small group training studio which operates 18 hrs a week. Some clients may use the bathroom during gym hours. Simple, comfortable, clean, air conditioned, art deco apartment with plenty of character and a lovely sea breeze. Stroll 5 mins downhill to the beach, cafes and bars of Manly or jump on the ferry into the city. The walk back up the hill is pretty steep. Well equipped kitchen/dining room. Internet and everything you could need for a comfortable stay- towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, sunscreen, basic cooking ingredients, first aid kit etc.

North Curl Curl Sandstone Studio

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.
