This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

No cleaning fee This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita Falls. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. This very cute 825 square feet little house has all the amenities a traveler needs. Built in 1949 and just fully remodeled, it has two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bath, modern kitchen, ample living room and a large backyard. It is located in a well established moderate to low middle income neighborhood in a low traffic and very quiet street. It is 11 miles (16 minutes) from Sheppard Air Force Base. It is 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. It is 3 miles (9 minutes) from MPEC.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
