Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

This welcoming home is beautifully appointed with Scandi-inspired interiors and presents the perfect space for peaceful escapes or Tasmanian adventures. Grab a book, a glass of wine and make yourself at home at this stunning getaway, overlooking rolling hills and peaceful eucalypts. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite and a bathtub), lovely living area, aircon, fireplace, large dining table, fully-equipped modern kitchen and outdoor sitting. Located on a 5 acres lot.

Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Centrally located within the Tasman Peninsula it's a short drive to everything on offer. Simple, thoughtful and very much loved, full of light, laughter and our love of the sea. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. A slower way of life just happens here x

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. The Lady is a colourful waterside haven inspired by the cosy hotels of the British seaside. Sink into the velvet antique sofa and let the view carry you away. The cedar tub is hot and ready for your arrival, with the Tasman Peninsula in the distance. Once a rustic fishing shack, The Lady has been reborn with comfort and character as the guiding ideals. Pattern and colour have brought her to life and made a once boring white box into an enchanting haven for two.

Experience the ultimate fun playground at 'Southfork', set on 5 acres in a stunning rural and bush setting just 25 minutes from Hobart. Enjoy nearby surf beaches or a bush walk to Mortimer Bay. Book the entire house for exclusive access to full resort-style facilities - outdoor hot tub, heated indoor pool, gym, tennis/pickleball court, wood-fired pizza oven, and outdoor kitchen in a private courtyard.

TIPS. *30 minutes scenic drive from Hobart airport. Not recommend to drive at night (rural) especially if it's your first time. Stay overnight at Travelodge airport *if you plan to visit Bruny Island & Salamca Market (only Saturday), early morning flight recommended. Go straight there before heading Effa House as it's opposite direction. CCTV only installed outside to monitor externally

Primrose Sands Vue

Our place between Hobart and Port Arthur is aprox 45 mins from Hobart CBD and 25 mins from the airport. You will need your own transport. Stunning views over Frederick Henry Bay to Mount Wellington and across Norfolk Bay towards Port Arthur. Enjoy the cosy wood heater in the spacious open plan living area. Keep an eye on the sky as Tasmania never ceases to amaze with its spectacular sunsets.
