Die Wohnung ist autark + getrennt vom Haupthaus. Eine eigene Terrasse bzw. ein eigener Gartenanteil gehören zur Wohnung. Rund ums Haus sind Wälder und Felder, hier kann man spazierengehen oder radfahren auf der Römer Lippe Route. Das Ruhrgebiet (Duisburg, Essen) ist nah. Supermarkt, Pizzeria + Apotheke sind vor Ort.

Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

Wir sind ein 4-Personen-Haushalt mit Tochter und Oma mit im Haus! Meine Mutter Sigrid ist Co-Gastgeberin, Putzfee und Hausmeisterin in einer Person, ohne die hier gar nichts laufen würde. ;-) Seit 2019 gehört nun auch ein kleiner Hund aus dem Tierschutz dazu.
