Our apartment of 55 sqm called "Jardin Prangeleu" offers a double and a single bedroom, as well as a studio living room with a kitchen. The apartment can host 2 to max. 3 people. With beautiful views at front and back, it is part of an old farmhouse set in a wild permacultural garden of half a hectare, surrounded by protected beech and oak forests. The renovations were done with taste and following our ecological heart. We are close to touristic hightlights of the region such as Durbuy or Liège.

Es gibt eine Kochzeile mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee, Tee. Im Bad findet Ihr Handtücher und Föhn. Elektrische Jalousien vor den Fenstern. WiFi vorhanden. Sehr gute Autobahn- und Bus-/Bahnanbindung und Vennbahnradweg. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Il est également l'endroit parfait pour les amoureux d'activités de plein air. Je mets à votre disposition des VELOS ELECTRIQUES et un GPS. Garage fermé pour vos vélos et motos. Notre gîte est proche des Grottes de Remouchamps, du Monde Sauvage, du Ninglinspo, de Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, la cascade de Coo, des pistes de ski et de nombreuses brasseries locales.

Appartement situé dans un hameau calme et paisible à 15 minutes de Dinant et de Namur, pas de voisin. L'appartement se trouve dans une ancienne maison type maison de maître entouré d'un parc avec des moutons . L'appartement dispose d'une chambre avec deux lits, pouvant accueillir 3 personnes au total (un lit double et un lit simple). Cuisine équipée avec frigo, four, four micro-ondes, taque vitrocéramique. Grand salon avec petite télévision par câble, bureau. Wi-fi gratuit.

Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Venez passer un moment d'évasion dans l'ancienne grange dernièrement rénovée de notre fermette. Vous pourrez profiter des paysages de la Famenne et participer aux nombreuses activités qu'offre la très touristique ville de Durbuy et ses alentours (Adventure Valley,...). Le gîte comprend tout l'équipement pour faciliter votre séjour et vous permettre de vous sentir "comme à la maison".
