Bear’s Cabin: Cozy Waterfront Loft on West Lake

Bear's Cabin is a special space located on Sheba's Island, a peninsula overlooking the historic Sandbanks on West Lake. Originally built in the 60's, we renovated it inside out to create a modern cabin to share with guests visiting this beautiful place that is Prince Edward County. This is a lakefront property next to a larger house where your host lives all seasons. We are in the waiting line for our STA license - in the meantime we are taking reservations for the 2023 summer season.

Located on Consecon Lake, we are 15 mins from Wellington and close to over a dozen wineries. Located just down the street from the Sandbanks Provincial Park, you're minutes away from their 3 famous white sand beaches. You may also choose to stay in and enjoy East Lake from our private dock. Boats are welcome, there is a boat launch into East Lake just down the street. Weekly rentals only in July, Saturday to Saturday!
