Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Welcome to our cozy Scandinavian loft! We are minutes from Heavenly Ski resort. Access to locally famed and convenient stagecoach lift is merely a 4 minutes Drive. Boulder lift is a short 3 minute Drive. As well as the town of South Lake a just a few minutes down the hill. Local hiking/biking Trails just outside the condominium. Get away and treat yourself to everything Tahoe has to offer!

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

This townhouse has a two car garage on the entry level, a flight of stairs to the kitchen, half bath, living and dining rooms, then 2 bedrooms each with own bath upstairs of that. Decks off both bedrooms, living room and dining room! Four decks! Sorry no pets or parties allowed. Maximum 4 guests. 2 miles from the casinos. 2-3 miles to Heavenly Ski Lodges.
