'the Hut': a Garden in Magnolia

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

A picturesque two-bedroom cottage approached by a secluded road sits on a hill with stunning views of rolling lawns and treetops to the east. You’ll wake to the sunrise light streaming through the tall picture windows in the romantic bedroom. The separate living room offers ample space to enjoy tea with a slice of Claire's delicious home-made tea cake. The adorable second bedroom provides a special place for children to feel right at home and the gorgeous clawfoot tub is the stuff of dreams.

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
