A sunny and cozy apartment with many special details. The location is favorable: in 10 minutes you are in the picturesque city center, in 5 minutes in the beautiful nature around the Pietersberg. The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

Maastricht centrum, MUMC+, Universiteit Maastricht en het Mecc zijn vanuit deze locatie middels een rechtstreekse verbinding per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar. The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking. In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
