This property is part of a working mini breed livestock and alpaca farm . Our residents include mini donkeys, alpacas, mini cows, and dwarf goats . You can view and feed them . There is also a fire pit and large picnic table . You will definitely want to relax outside and watch the beautiful sunset in Elko . Located 5 min from Perry Fairgrounds.

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

This three bedroom home is a peaceful, simple, basic, and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Light and airy with an open floor plan. The master bedroom is separate from the other two for plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two large couches in the living room. There is no Wifi or Cable or TV. Cellular data coverage is great.

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.
