Rustic Cottage in a Wild Flower Meadow

Sitting pretty in a wild flower meadow surrounded by open fields, this barn conversion is countryside simplicity at its best: updated appliances and rustic furniture arranged for open-plan living to relax unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The barn is located in the meadow behind our thatched cottage. The space is entirely your own and is self catered with a well equipped open plan kitchen. We're on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your stay, though you'll have your own privacy and can interact as much or as little as you'd like. Enjoy pastoral tranquility here whilst being within an easy 10-minute reach of the medieval charm of Lavenham. Public footpaths are close by or venture further afield to admire the beautiful Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds. Once you arrive in the barn, there is a small collection of books about the surrounding area and county. We can of course recommend places to visit.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

The Old Dairy Luxury self-catering annexe

The Old Dairy is a refurbished and modern annexe attached to a traditional Suffolk Farmhouse. We are set in beautiful gardens up a long private lane. The annexe is accessed via a private patio overlooking a moat and gardens. The setting is very peaceful. We are surrounded by farmland and footpaths. It’s the ideal location for a romantic getaway or for friends to use as a base to explore Constable country and the many cycle routes, footpaths & pubs. A private patio is perfect for Summer BBQs.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Inside the Cottage is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen , lounge area with sofa and armchair and shower room. Upstairs has one bedroom with a king size bed and en suite toilet. Outside has two decked areas plus covered hot tub and grassed garden.

The lodge is well equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, smart TV, log burner ,large fridge freezer and DVD player. About a 20 minute walk into Hadleigh, which has a selection of pubs and restaurants.
