Huset ligger rett ved sjøen og har en stor terasse med badebasseng om sommeren. Gåavstand til badeplass, badeland/treningssenter, matbutikk og Tønsberg sentrum. Utleiedelen er på 250 kvm, høy standard. Det er en leilighet i underetasjen, medfølger ikke utleiedel. Huset ligger i et rolig nabolag. Barnevennlig hjem med ulike muligheter for aktiviteter inne og utendørs. 10 min gange til Tønsberg by. Kort vei til Tjøme og verdens ende. Kjæledyr kan taes med ved avtale. Separat stue/TV stue.

Cottage in Nøtterøy

My cottage is quietly and nicely situated in wonderful green surroundings, and it is yet just a short walk away from the sea. There are lots of nice tracks for walks in the area. A golf track is just 5 min walk away. Tønsberg city is less than 15 minutes by car. The shops are just a 8 minute drive away. You’ll love the nice and quite location. The cottage have lots of space both indoor and outdoor, and is well equipped. The place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Cabin close to sea and beach at Tjøme

The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.

Large cabin with great view and a big property. The cabin has a simple standard but good amenities and room for many people. The terrace areas are bathed in sun from morning time, and has a roofed outhouse with heat lamps for late evenings. Here you will have a panaroma view to the sunset. Under 20 minutes' walk to the nearest swimming spot by the sea. Parking space for 3-4 cars close to the cabin.

Nær sjø med bademuligheter. Flott turområde ved Færder Nationalpark. Nær butikk. 15 min med buss til Tønsberg,shopping og kultur. 90 min med tog til Oslo. Lys sokkel leilighet med egen inngang, ett stort soverom, bad stue/kjøkken. En dobbelseng og en enkelseng. Parkering til ve på gårdsplassen. Hund tillatt.

Sjarmerende lite hus

Annekset er en frittstående bolig på vår tomt i rolige og naturskjønne omgivelser, 15 minutter rolig gange fra stranda og med butikk og baker rundt hjørnet. Tre soverom, kjøkken, bad og stue. Standarden er enkel, men du finner alt du trenger og sjarmfaktoren er stor. God plass til parkering.
