On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

The Steading forms part of our farm courtyard along with the farmhouse and our other holiday property (The Studio). Located at the foot of the Lomond Hills regional park and a short walk to the edge of Loch Leven nature reserve at Springfield Farm Bothies there is plenty to explore. Our Bothies include en-suite, kitchen area with open plan living and double bed. A fully glazed frontal area so you can enjoy the views and sunrise over the open countryside. After a day of exploring sit back and relax in your own private Hottub and star gaze under the night sky.

Howden Cottage

Relax in our beautiful cottage with fantastic views, log burning stove, super king size bed and large walk in shower. Whether you want to be active or just relax, Howden Cottage is a great base to enjoy all the delights of East Lothian. If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.
