Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Spacuious, cozy and clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Quietly tucked away neighborhood, near several shopping areas, restaurants, etc. Centrally located to Augusta and minutes away from the Augusta National! Bathrooms with daily supply of body cleanser, shampoo, and conditioners. Starting supply of paper towels, dish soap, toilet tissue, and trash can liners. Both bedrooms and living room with smart TVs for streaming services and antenna stations. Back patio available for relaxing and grill.

The Cabin is located on 50+ acres surrounded by Georgia pines & two big lakes, fishing is catch & release. Plenty of space and walking trails. Every 4th Saturday is The Mad Pig Jam. We encourage musicians and people who love music to enjoy an evening of live music entertainment. Traveling with kids? There is a basketball hoop, trampoline, tree house and plenty of space to play! During the colder months, enjoy s’mores by the fire. Under an hour away to Augusta Masters, 20mins to Thomson.

Wonderfully quiet neighborhood close to many activities.

Bashan Valley Farm

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

Located near the historic square in Washington, Georgia. The square is easily walkable for shopping, antiquing and dining. History is just down the street with notable buildings including the Mary Wills library (complete with Tiffany windows), the Robert Toombs House, the Washington Historical Museum and the Kettle Creek battlefield.
